FOCUS or concentration is a thing that pick you up from scarp and can turn you to a GOLD. This is the one mantra that most of the successful people follow.

your level of concentration.
How to stay focused:
1. WRITING DOWN YOUR COMPLETE DAY
SCHEDULE ON A PIECE OF PAPER:
Gentlemen,
this is most important before initialising your day.As it is said a DAY
WITHOUT PLAN IS A DAY WASTED.
However
Big Goal you have inorder to achieve it, you have to divide in into small goals
i.e what you can do on each single day. Working little every single day consistently
on your goal can insanely help you to achieve it.
If
you have your daily task unplanned than you will surely waste many for your
time on each day. Hence not achieving small Goal= Big Goals not possible.
So
daily scheduling your task is very much important.
2. THINKING OF YOUR PLANS FOR THE NEXT
DAY JUST BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.
As
said we have two part of our brain one is conscious mind and another subconsciousmind.
During
Day time your conscious mind is very active while at night subconscious have
the majority of control.

So
by thinking about your next day plan just before your bedtime, is that you are actually
inculcating your subconscious mind about your task for the next day.
So
as a result as soon as you wake up your subconscious mind constantly tell your conscious
mind about the daily task you have to fulfil in that day. And unknowingly you ends up completing your task.
This
is known as POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.
3. TAKING REFRESHING BREAKS AFTER EVERY
TWO HOURS OF YOUR WORK.

In a day full of work load what happens is that we end up continuously working without even taking a break.

This Tired our brain just with only 5-6 hrs of work and
completely spoils our
productivity. Taking 5-10 min of break after every 2 hrs not only refreshes you
but also allows you to stay focused and work more than what you do without
having breaks.
